Nothing here is currently an offer to sell

Every product on this site is marked sold out. Prices shown are indicative, stated in US dollars, and describe what the goods are expected to cost on the next production run. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance.

Orders

When stock exists, an order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing. Until then we may decline or cancel it for any reason, including pricing or availability errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice and exclude shipping, duties and taxes. We try to keep this site accurate, but obvious typographical errors do not bind us.

Intended use

These are RFID-tagged playing cards intended for professional and broadcast use with compatible reader hardware. We make no representation that they are suitable for use in any regulated gaming environment; whether a given card may be used in a licensed venue is a matter for that venue and its regulator, not for us.

Warranty

We warrant that goods are free from material defects in materials and workmanship at delivery. That is the only warranty we give. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from goods sold through this site is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production time or lost revenue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Final Table Technologies Inc. The RFID playing card system is the subject of a patent application on which our founders are the named inventors; the history is documented at rfid.poker. Buying cards grants you no licence to our intellectual property beyond ordinary use of the goods.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from goods sold through this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Final Table Technologies Inc. is incorporated in Nevada, and the state and federal courts sitting in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction.
