International

International shipping is quoted per order on every item, including single decks. Rates depend on destination, weight and service level. Ask us for a figure before you commit and we will quote in writing.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare goods at their true value and cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Lead times

Cards are made in production runs rather than held in continuous stock. Orders typically dispatch two to three weeks from order confirmation. Lead time is confirmed in writing with your order, and we will tell you before you commit if a run is running long.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the goods to the carrier. Claims for loss or damage in transit are made against the carrier; we will support any claim with documentation.

Damaged or defective goods

If a deck arrives damaged, or a card fails to read correctly, tell us within a reasonable period of delivery and we will replace it. Photographs of the packaging and the affected cards help. Replacement is at our cost, including return shipping where a return is required.

Returns

Sealed, unopened decks in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of $10 per deck applies, capped at $150 per return. We pay return shipping — tell us what you are sending back and we will send you a label.

Refunds go to the original payment method once the return arrives and has been checked.

Opened decks cannot be returned except where damaged or defective, because an RFID deck that has left our control cannot be certified for competitive play.
